Kristen Ness Ayers is the owner of Ayers Immigration Law Firm. She practices business immigration law with a focus on nonimmigrant visas for professionals. Kristen has extensive immigration law experience. She prepared her first immigration case in 1999 as a summer associate. In 2000, she was admitted to the North Carolina bar. From 2000 to 2003, Kristen assisted with business immigration cases (primarily H-1B, E and L visa matters) as an associate in the public finance group of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, one of the largest law firms in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2004, she opened and managed the Charlotte branch office of a small immigration boutique law firm where she worked on all types of business and family immigration matters. Most recently, from 2004 to 2007, Kristen practiced business immigration law as counsel with Moore & Van Allen, the largest law firm in Charlotte.
