Attorney Profile Duke University (A.B. 1996) Experience Kristen Ness Ayers is the owner of Ayers Immigration Law Firm. She practices business immigration law with a focus on nonimmigrant visas for professionals. Kristen has extensive immigration law experience. She prepared her first immigration case in 1999 as a summer associate. In 2000, she was admitted to the North Carolina bar.
